Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering

The Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering educates Aeronautical Technical Engineer (regulated profession) who deal with the design, construction, maintenance and improvement of aircraft and spacecraft as well as the required equipment, subsystems and infrastructures.

This degree covers the following lines:

  • Design, manufacturing, development, maintenance and improvement of aircraft or spacecraft, aerospace propulsion systems, airport facilities, air navigation and any air transportation systems or air traffic management…
  • Aeronautical verification and certification: drafting and management of expert reports projects, airworthiness certificates, aerospace equipment inspections, opinions and technical advice in areas related to their speciality, quality control, technical-experimental tests.
  • Environment: environmental and social impact analysis and evaluation of technical designs.

Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering

The University Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Vigo is an official title that qualifies to practice the profession of aeronautical engineer, by virtue of the provisions of Order CIN/312/2009, of February 9 (BOE, December 18). February 2009).

It is a unique proposal in the Galician System of Universities.

Master’s Degree in Operations and Unmanned Aircraft Systems Engineering

The Master’s Degree in Operations and Unmanned Aircraft Systems Engineering is created as a high specialised degree for university students with two approaches:

  1. Unmanned Aircraft Systems Engineering, led by the University of Vigo.
  2. Unmanned Aircraft Systems Operation, led by the University of Santiago.

It is a unique proposal in the Galician University System.
